I wouldn't care if the woman (or man) looked into a funeral service for the fetus, either. If that is what is done by that individual (couple?) .. so be it.
But, for those left at the hospital, it is waste.
I know people who make a big deal about their dog's "birthday" and who have 'funerals' for them. That is THEIR choice. It does not obligate anyone else.
You appear to take the position that since a woman may feel a real, deep sense of loss over a miscarriage...that all aborted fetuses should be treated thusly. It is not the real world.

Why stop at power generation? How would you feel about grinding up the aborted fetuses and using them for fertilizer? I mean if you're going to go green, I say go all in.
