I can tell you how to do it. Same way I build big ones.
Angle of bow stem would be set at 4.5" off set for 3" sides. Top point would be at 32". Bow stem angle cut would be 22 degrees. From center point of the side, mark up 3/4". Bend a board to mark the arch in the bottom of the side board from the bottom of the bow stem on each end. That is going to set your bottom rake and side flair. Battens and rub rails would be cut 1/2" down to 1/4" out of a 1"x4", then cut again to 5/8".
Oh, if you want, I can draw it out on packing paper to the size and mail it to you. All you would have to do is trace it to the wood and cut/build.
