Wow.
There is hope that we might be able to finally do away with state sponsored racism.
ETA: waiting to see if Obama tries to "fix" it with an executive order.

This ruling may be the silver bullet that saves Rand Paul on CRA '64. If I'm him, I'm critizing this ruling b/c it outlaws affirmative action even for PRIVATE schools.
