I did use a Hal Higdon training program for my training for the 1/2. Thanks for the do's and do nots's. I have those down.

I'm thinking of running the BR marathon in January 2015.

Plenty of HOT chicks at road races!!

The poo was well timed out. Early breakfast(3.5 hours before race) and a cup of coffee. The port o john's were packed for the last pee stops.

great race! Well run for sure. One small piece of advice I got from a co-worker who has run Boston twice was have fun and respect the distance.
