This part will make much more sense once you read the books. They changed this part in the show a bit to save on casting a couple of characters and as a result the sequence doesn't make as much sense. It's much more logical in the book. The second season diverges the most from the books of all the seasons, and suffers a bit in some ways because of it.

I don't know. This season has diverged a lot.

I absolutely HATE what they've done with the Hound and Arya's storyline. It's way too cute and playful to me.
