WWE marks are some of the most brain-washed, defensive, annoying people on the planet.
95% of the WWE universe does not understand the whole Wyatt/Cena thing. Only the IWC. Plus, since Cena showed up in the mask the RAW before Wrestlemania, where has he shown that Wyatt is anywhere in his head right now?
This is the WWE. You have to win matches against big time talent to sustain your status as a force to be reckoned with. Having Wyatt act intelligently/philosophically, and Lawler bashing his "weirdness" on commentary to 3-4 million people averaging an IQ of 70, with neither JBL or Cole smart enough to defend Wyatt or unable or unwilling or being told not to. STUPID decision.

As far as santino is concerned I'm just gonna let JR speak for me and he has said several times that limited, WELL done and placed comedic segments are a good thing. I feel that most of the time Santino fits that description. Hopefully, they don't leave Emma in that role to long to where she can never be taken seriously
