Monty's rotations and substitutions are that of retard. Even with injuries I still did not understand his personnel moves in games down the stretch and especially in the 2nd half of games we were either winning or had a chance to win.
Can't use tanking as the reason why either...
that is what tells me he gotta go. Everyone deals with injuries... that excuse is NOT AND EXCUSE

His rotation rules are actually pretty simple.
Rule #1: Humble Veterans > Arrogant Youngsters
Rule #2: Defense > Offense
Rule #3: Rebounding > Shooting and Spacing
