Actually that year there were enough of us lined up and we eventually pressured the attendants (or somebody threw him a wad of cash) to open our lot around 9:30 a.m....still a late start but better than the 12 or 1 p.m. rule they had originally.

That's true, they let us in 2-3 hrs before they were supposed to. The cop said it was because we were overtaking the street
