Are they trying to become a network? How can they afford to do original programming? Would this be the same thing as MSG doing original programming? Maybe I'm underestimating WGN? Are they affiliated with any network even remotely like Sci-Fy is owned by NBC.

I guess they are trying to become a superstation like TBS but that seems a little far fetched.
