I think in influx of doctors and hospitals upgrading and coming on line over the last few years may actually be helping as well... sad but true



I did see where the court watchdog group in the area said that CDC had one of the most sufficient years since they have been keeping track.... Maybe we are actually locking the 5% of the criminals doing 75% of the killings (That's a pretty good stat I just made up out of the blue huh)
