This isn't true. I travel extensively, all over America. I'd estimate 30% of the time it's as kjntgr says, but most of the time people sincerely like him. He had a bad period when LSU had a couple of highly publicized end of the game screw ups. He's still living down those instances. They happen to every coach, however, so it's bound to happen again to Les. That will revive the "He's a bufoon" talk, but Les will just keep on winning.
