so, you would have suggested that she pull people's hair and slap them in the face so that she could show some "action"? not sure what you mean by "action". they normally "campaign" to try to get their point across in congress.

Of course not, but if she had any true negotiating skills/bargaining power she would have gotten things moving. What is she doing to get the Keystone project moving? What has the reaction been from the White House on that one? It's all a shell game.

So what? A lot of folks campaigned for getting the moratorium lifted and it didn't do shite to help things out. Words are easy, actions are more difficult. Hell you would think with her ACA vote behind her, she was at least owed something by Obama. The moratorium wouldn't have ended 1 day later had she not gotten involved.

She blocked the nom of Jack Lew to OMB until the moratorium was lifted. Was that decisive? I don't know but she took substantive action. Oil money is behind her as a hedge, she's been a friend. So despite what you think they're in a better position to judge her actions on their behalf than you. That's just a fact. I'd like to see her go, too, but for reasons not related to the industry.

I no longer live in LA so I'm just watching anyway.

Saw this commercial for the first time last night. You have to be some kind of stupid to buy what she's selling.
