We still have issues with making 18 and 17 year olds as register as sex offenders for fricking their teenage SO's and you think something like this would fly?
You're out of your mind.
These teachers are in a position of authority and are trusted for only one thing and that's to teach kids we entrust to their care. The school is not a playground to get your rocks off. Sure I don't think prison time for these teachers is a good idea if the sex was completely consensual but they should be fired without a question and teaching license revoked. It's a violation of work ethics and moral standards a teacher or better yet, a person in a position of authority should have.
BTW, this goes for both genders in any incident if the sex was consensual, ie male teacher - female student, female teacher - male student.

it would never work, but it would be funny.
Also, keep a survey file on the teacher where the student could give feedback and rate the teacher's sex skills, giving other students a heads up on what to expect and know who your eskimo brothers are.
