Just watched this and loved it. Laughed a lot throughout and was rolling at some parts.
Hilarious. One of the better comedies I've seen in a long time and I highly recommend it. The British accents and fast paced dialogue took me a while to catch up with but it got easier as it went along.
Anyone else seen this and have thoughts on it? SIAP I did the google search thing and didn't find much.

Saw it. Laughed a lot. I had previously seen some Alan Partridge talk show bits so was a bit familiar with what to expect... droll British wit. Loved it.
Curiously, the reviews from British viewers are a bit lukewarm... they don't think it lived up to the usual Alan Partridge. I guess I'm not so jaded on him yet.

I liked it a lot and ordered some earlier Alan Partridge stuff on Netflix. So far that is pretty spotty but I thought the 2013 Alan Partridge movie was damn funny. Steve Coogan is very talented and I'd also strongly recommend Philomena (very different, though and more serious) as well as In the Loop (bit part for Coogan but great movie). The Trip (movie version) is decent as well.

Really like The Trip. I've read season 2 wasn't as good.

Nice. Now I don't have to feel the shame of starting a thread and getting 0 responses.

Well, Alan Partridge is pretty obscure in the States. That's a shame, I've loved British humor since Monty Python was on the air.

Just gave it a rewatch and loved it again. It's on netflix. Really recommend it for anyone.

The movie or the show? The film was fantastic, I have yet to see the series. Ditto for Alan Partridge. If anyone liked The Trip and/or Alan Partridge, definitely check out "In the Loop" if you haven't yet (available on netflix instant). Same great British humor, and also has Coogan in a brief role.
