i was thinking of starting this very thread today.

i just got XBMC set up on apple tv2. enjoying it so far with movies and tv shows. install iStream and you can find almost any show in existence. haven't looked real hard, but i can't find any reliable live tv streams.

does it seem like it takes XBMC a while to warm up when you first open it?

XMBC is great, except for live streams.

Can you watch live sports on xbmc? Last week I was trying to find a way to watch final 4 games on xbmc, but couldn't figure it out.

I just got one of these dual tuners and put it on my network. It picks up 20 channels in Baton Rouge, including all the HDs and you can view them on any PC or a TV equipped with a media extender like an XBOX. With Windows Media Center you get all of the channel listings (just like cable or u-verse) and you can program them to record a particular show or series.
