I guess y'all are referring to me... I apologize for trying to get in on the fun and talk about some of the different beers y'all enjoy. I will stay out of y'all's thread since apparently natty drinkers are not worthy.

Right?

I knew the Natty pick would get a laugh, but that's all I had in the fridge. I am a light beer (pussy) drinker for sure, but if someone describes something I may like I will give it a try.

I just drink whatever I want. I'm a big fan of a lot of the craft beer but will destroy a case of bud light before quick can get ready. Zero fricks given on this end of another person's beverage preference.

You should post all 24 of the bud light cans you destroy one day

To be honest, I drank mostly BMC (and Abita here and there) before I stumbled upon this thread, albeit I was in college. Lots if good info in here. Just go to the store and make a sixer of different styles. Find something you like and then pursue that style. Don't be afraid to branch out.

FBD newbie here. Hope I'm doing this right.

Love this one. I think I can taste Surly's influence (or maybe not), as I've never been overjoyed with any of Real's hoppy offerings.

Meh. You drink what you want. But if you come in here with your first post and it's Natty, well, that seems kinda troll-like. But to each their own.

2BD is a Catawba Firewater IPA. Pretty average.

Thanks Yeezy and Puddin.

I've been following this thread for a while and, as someone said above, it has really put me on to some great beers along with avenues to score those not available here in TX.

For those new to craft beer, I second the rec to try everything you can get your hands on and, once you find a style that you like, keep digging. Then, come here and rely on the opinions and reviews posted by the regulars in this thread.

Enjoy and welcome to great beer!

I'll be in your hood in 2 weeks. May 2nd. Should be there by 5. Gotta pick the ole lady up from hobby at 7:30. That's a solid 2 hours of craft beer.

I'll holla
