If you were to project Bush's stats out like that(which is far from accurate but the only way to do it) he would have 56.7 total tackles, 40.5 solo tackles, 0 sacks, 0 FF, 1.35 FR, 0 ints, 6.75 PD, 1.35 stuffs, and 1.35 missed tackles.

Vaccaro had 79 total tackles, 62 solo tackles, 1 sack, 1 FF, 0 FR, 1 int, 8 PD, 5 stuffs

Im not about to do all this math

but if Bush had 5 PD in 514 snaps

and Vaccaro had 7 in 792 snaps

im pretty sure it would project Bush to have more PD per snap than Vaccaro.

KV's versatility allows him to play in more favorable matchups...

KV had a lot more difficult matchups than Bush

Bush covered a slot receiver 11x, KV covered the slot receiver 156x

KV caused a lot of plays to end behind the LOS too. He flys to the ball

(5 / 514) = (x / 792)
x = 792 * (5/514)
x = 7.7 passes defended

Maybe Bush was as good/slightly better at some things than KV, but Vaccaro was asked to do a lot more. I don't think Bush defended TEs/slot CBs nearly as often, and KV actually lined up as an OLB with 2 other safeties on occasions.
