Even though Snowden's motivations may have been principled, he is still a traitor who should be killed or thrown in a prison until he is dead.
There were other, far less damaging ways for him to blow the whistle on the NSA. He took the coward's way out and sold his information to foreign governments.

You say this and then proceed to say that...

If he's a bad person like you say, why in the hell would you say he has principled motivations?

Already been over this and I'll repeat myself again...
People are so naive and ignorant if they think Snowden could have successfully blown the whistle using "proper" channels. frick no, the gov't may talk a good game about transparency and honesty but that is complete lip service bull shite. They only want to get Snowden black bagged and stick him in a hole in the middle of nowhere. The number one instinct of the state is self preservation and image maintenance. It doesnt matter how noble it may be, if it makes the gov't uncomfortable, they're putting an end to that shite any way possible. We wouldn't have heard anything at all out of Snowden had he gone through the "proper" channels and gov't would be getting away with more bull shite lol.

What is your definition of a traitor, one that blows the whistle, embarrasses horrible leaders, moves to a country that will let him live outside of prison.
What did Snow do so bad to this country? Normally traitors are not viewed as hero's by a large part of the population are they?
