re: Live comfortably on $55,000 per year?

My father was able to support a family of 4 between 30 - 40K a year and we lived comfortably without any money problems. Never got any kind of government support or anything. These dumbasses on here saying otherwise act like they know what they are talking about but don't and likely will never make anywhere near 55K. You should have no problem living comfortable with that figure, starting nonetheless.
