Well, certain bands or artists do have deals outside of their music label's arduous "360 music deals" where they play a onetime show for a lump sum. The musician (typically, it's a solo performance) nets all of the proceeds.

12 @ 500k-1M+
Over 90 percent of these guys income(besides Calvin and Guetta) comes from DJing. I think Forbes underestimated on some of them. Wait until you see next years amounts
