Snakes are potentially far more dangerous than spiders

My dad is a Dr. My brother is scared of spiders. He told my dad BC "Spiders are poisonous and you could die."

My dad said, "You're scared of the wrong thing. Spiders take days or weeks to kill you. Snakes, time's a factor."

although I am weary of some snakes.

I'm tired of the frickers too.

Not really scared of either unless it is in my horse's stall.

Those things are fragile and die easy.

This thread brought me out...first post.

Was squatting over a hole in a rural Tanzanian outhouse when this guy came by...close enough to touch. Didn't look threatening so I took a few pics of him.

A few months later I searched online and discovered the cute fella was a GREEN MAMBA. Yikes!

What the fricking frick?

I could have gone an entire lifetime before having this abomination of a visual pop into my head.

I usually don't have to worry about venomous snakes finding their way into my shoes, attic or closet.

Is that fukker suppose to be like the sweet and innocent brother of the black mamba? What's the fricking difference between the black ones and the green ones?

A snake will scare me but I know how to react and kill it so they don't really bother me. I laugh at spiders and step on them, but a FREAKING WASP will turn me into a little girl.

Depends on the species of snake. The ones that have made me the most nervous are the mamba.

Call me a little bitch but anything that doesn't walk on two legs scare me. So snakes and spiders make me want to cry And run away on sight
