Of course not. Unless it's being used for a military base, a federal courthouse, a prison, or something like that (and no, national grasslands, parks, or forests don't count--there is NO Constitutional basis for them), the lands should be turned over to the states. Let them use the lands for their purposes or sell them to the highest bidder.
