i missed next week's preview....did it suggest that the guy owned up to the note? 'cuz otherwise, i was thinking it'd be interesting if both malvo & the audience was being misled and he (malvo) unknowingly smeared it on there himself, since he did engage in contact with him....

I don't think he owned up to it in the short preview, but they were in a tiny closet talking.

Hey, someone help me out. What did Billy Bob tell the dumb kid as his Q and A, the punchline said something about "bone"?

Mine did the same thing, but I had caught up to live. Yours probably cut off when the female cop was in the diner. The new chief came in and took her off the case, because Lester complained of harassment. IIRC, Billy Bob discovered bronzer on the back of the ransom note during the last 10 minutes too, but I could be wrong. Don't know if you saw the guy take the plung in the lake or not, but possibly that too.

Finally watched the movie this weekend; it was interesting to see the things they have carried over from the movie and other areas that are completely different. I was surprised how different they are.
