People keep saying this one will be "close", "like the Iowa game", etc.

On offense, this Wisconsin team returns a solid O line and really good running back. However, it will be tough sledding against a very good LSU D line. Also, Stave will have trouble passing vs a great LSU secondary, especially since they have little talent at WR.

Inversely, Wisc returns 3 on defense (none of their front 7). LSU's veteran O line should have no problem opening a hole for any of our running backs (particularly the highly touted Fournette).
Their DB's a year ago were bad... really bad. LSU will showcase a very talented WR corps in the 2014 season (not to mention the option to throw out of the backfield to Neighbors or in the flats to D Smith).

Even with serviceable QB play, LSU should win this thing handily.

I don't see how you can say lsu returns a "very good defensive line". Are they talented? Yes. Inexperienced? Yes. We have no idea how good the interior DTs will be.
