True. But if he's still fluttering around .180-.200 around Mid-May I wouldn't be completely heartbroken if the Braves explored other options.

I think they would trot out Pena/Schafer before they explore outside options, but I agree that he's on an extremely short leash.

I believe he has an option left but with his service time has the right to refuse it
