Super quick because I'm on my phone and was also too young:
The Feds tried to intervene to stop some cult by essentially laying siege to their compound.
The Fed's siege led to more deaths and such than the group ever committed on its own.

I still think she got a bum rap on that. The operation had been in the works for a long time and the initial raid on the compound in which four feds and six cultists were killed occurred two weeks before she even took office. She authorized the siege but she didn't really have much choice at that point.
