Is there a lease that the rancher signs? Does anyone have the text of that? Everyone seems to be referencing a lease and that the BLM didn't hold up their end of the bargain, but no one can produce it.

And I think they've been trying to get him out (or pay the fees) since the late 90s. Whatever they tried in the past didn't work.

the government has much better uses for the land than letting cows walk around on it (hard to say that with a straight face) ...like dumping nuclear waste near the yucca mountain
