Tree Identification Help: Location Caney Lake

My parents bought some land on Caney Lake and are trying to identify some of the trees on the land. They need a little help.
Do any of you guys know what type of tree this is? I'm posting a pic of the trunk and one the leaves.

That looks like a common paw-paw (Asimina triloba), not to be confused with the pow pow and pew pew normally on the OB. Caney Lake is in the southern range of this tree. I have several large trees on my place by the river.
