I'd say it is pretty accurate for everything but the last one.
The PS Vita is a standalone gaming device. The WiiU pad is required to play on the WiiU.
Streaming games from one device to another wasn't started by Nintendo.
The other one I don't really agree with is the racing game. You could pretty much say that for every racing game out there. There is nothing wrong with trying to get into a game genre market.
Now Playstation All-stars is a straight attempt to rip off of Smash Bros.

It's inaccurate because remote play was first implemented with the PSP and PS3 in 2007. You could play select PSN and PS1 classics through wifi and there were some games that supported second screen functionality like GT5. They have evolved it to what we have now with full remote play on Vita and PS4.
