re: Bill to ban dogs in truck beds passes out of committee

While I agree with the reasoning behind to keep your dog secure, I don't agree the push to make it into a law. It's unnecessary, sure I get mad for people not securing their dogs. I have seen those dogs get out and get injured or killed. Good riddance for the owners to foot with the vet bill or a lost pet. Sometimes the only way to learn is the hard way.
