The food at FQF has become somewhat boring IMO. Every year it's the same old dish at the same old booth. Does anyone else feel this way?

I've noticed this also. Some of the booths seem to have dialed down their creativity to pump out more volume since the fest keeps growing every year. Hogs did suprise me with how good some of the food was. It was my first time at Hogs.

Best thing I had was the goat cheese and crawfish crepes by Muriel's. Had a few other things that were so-so.

I mean, do you blame them? I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to pull off. Besides, even if they aren't changing it up every year or pushing the creative boundaries, the food is still better than most festivals.
