I vote for 3 also. That 1 team that is in a division by itself will pretty much have a cakewalk to the conference championship. Happened to me in one of my dynasties recently....had only one loss in the PAC-12 south and there was 1 user in the North who made the conf championship with 3-4 losses. Not cool

I vote for 3. Equal conferences are the way to go.
However, it's kind of early to be voting. We all know some crap can happen during a season and people can leave or become inactive. If we finish with 12 strong though, then 3 conferences. If something changes, then up for a revote at the end of the year.
