I don't think an offscreen poisoning is viable. It's too important to leave to assumptions.
IMO it had to be at /during the wedding. If the poison was in the necklace like we assume than it could only be a few characters.
Ma Ma Tyrell was the last person to visually handle the necklace.

Well I think whoever it is we can all agree shite is about to get even more real. On a side note is Stannis still going to be headed north to battle the white walkers?
