I just rewatched it:

No - she said, appearing quite pleased with the events, "Your circumstances have improved markedley." - to which Margaery replies, "But I would have been the Queen!"

Implies that Olenna, maybe not involved (but maybe) - but certainly doesn't think it hurts the family position - also, sort of rules out Margaery, unless she's putting on an act.

I think if it was indeed the necklace and the cup then Margaery wouldn't have needed to be involved.

If it was the cake, then Olenna would have needed to tell her IMO.

I still think if Olenna did it, she would have told Margaery so she didn't kill her.

BUT, Margaery would have total deniability if she had no knowledge.

Not having to marry Joffrey sounds like an upgrade.

ETA and lion and the lamb could totally be an Olenna/Tywin reference.
