Just heard this on the radio so not able to check the numbers but according to this show I'm hearing on 870 the cowBoys record is 136 and 136!!! which surprises Me, but not as much as the same guy just telling me that cowboys only have one playoff win in that 17 years.
The way they are promoted you would think they would be in the midst of a couple decade long tear. Something like the Pats.

Should networks turn their collective backs on a cash cow?

I had a thread about something Jerry said about "we don't make the playoffs but we're good tv", and obviously the thread got off track a few times, but I think the conclusion we came too is if you have something interesting enough on the field and you are at least somewhat competitive, you can still maintain a level of TV eliteness. Dallas has always either had a big profile coach and/or QB. Watching Romo play really well and choke it away at the last minute is still good TV, if your team isn't playing at the time. And with the stadium, the circus is even more absurd. Like watching a slow train wreck on a really friggin big TV.

Goes to show you how brilliant of a businessman Jones is.

They are the Notre Dame of the NFL.

I believe Quincy fricking Carter lead them to that lone playoff win...which is crazy.
