This. I've had clients have this done but they were in constant pain. They all got some relief but the recovery is long and you lose some mobility.

The steroid cream won't work for your back. I would stick with conservative treatment for a long while before considering spinal fusion. They can be successful when they are indicated but probably have the lowest success rate out of any spine surgery.

6 month for a full recovery with a good neurosurgeon
