5 gal bucket with holes, two pool floats cut to fit around the top of bucket, one under the other, two rod holders on inside of bucket. I have used this set-up surf fishing, if waves are not breaking to bad. Use rod holders for landing net and pliers. Also bouyant enough to hold rod while re-tying in surf.
