Anyone design + build a cheap floating bait bucket?

Take a floating ring buoy and put a champagne basket inside and make a wooden cover with a hinge. Will be cheap if you can find a ring buoy for free.

You can get these for $20 or so. Two buckets in one with the inner bucket full of holes.

The little yellow and white bait buckets aren cheap and work. Tie it to my fish basket when wade fishing.
