Skin cancer (not malignant), wear long sleeve surf shirt on or in the water. Oh, and skinny.

I usually don't, but here recently we went to the Bahamas, and I didn't want to get burned, so I ordered one of these Speedo UPF shirts....it is great. Fits like a regular shirt instead of skin tight like most upf shirts do.
