Your very first point in this exchange, by your admission, was Article 1-8-17 of the Constitution.
When you were shown to be incorrect on that matter you moved on to the equal footing doctrine.
You were shown to be incorrect on that matter, too.
If this wasn't about Mr. Bundy's right to the land you sure wasted a lot of typing. Why is that?
You have made several incorrect assertions about the law and now try to hide behind some irrelevancies. Can't say I didn't enjoy correcting you, though. Thanks.

The BLM made the announcement Saturday morning, a week after rangers started gathering the animals from land near Gold Butte.
The agency says it is concerned about the safety of its employees and the public. Earlier this week, BLM officers and supporters of the Bundy family were involved in a scuffle. Cliven Bundy's son, Ammon Bundy, was tased twice by federal agents. Another woman said she was thrown to the ground by an officer.
With more Bundy supporters pouring in from around the country, safety concerns began to grow.
The I-Team has learned the deal to end the gather was brokered by Clark County Sheriff Doug Gillespie.
According to sources, the BLM wants to proceed with the sale of the cattle already gathered during the roundup but is reportedly willing to share the revenue from the sale with Bundy.
Since when does the Gov't give away money, that in their views, is theirs? Seems like they're trying to buy their way out of the situation now. Expose Harry Reid's role in this, and now they want to quiet everyone.

Yes. This was my first admission in my argument. My argument throughout correctly asserted that the fed government has overreached its authority relative to state's rights and individual liberty. This included references to cases where the Fed agencies had been overruled by the courts.
This is the key point Rex: My entire objective was to lead you where I wanted to go. The goal was to point out Mr. Bundy's agenda which you choose to ignore. I took you by your nose and gently guided you along my path. Lol. You're such a dolt. You have been SCHOOLED!!! Lmfao!!!
