First take 2 steps back and literally FREAK YOUR OWN FACE! Second, show me a hybrid that will pull a boat or four-wheeler, and go through mud. Third clean diesel >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> hybrid.

a) if you have to have a truck for you to go play, then don't bitch about high gas prices.
b) My subaru gets 28mpg and gets through mud quite well
c) diesel is another great alternative

Not when the EPA handcuffs Toyota on the D4D. There is exactly 1 half ton truck available with a diesel. We'll see what happens with the Canyon and Colorado, but anything less than 30 MPG will be negligible in a mid size truck anyway (due to the higher price of diesel fuel) that's not even taking into account the 3-5k more the diesel will cost.

I'm really anxious to see what the mpg is on the new 2015 F150.

Get rid of the truck, get a hybrid, take the bus, move. There are a lot of ways to reduce your gas costs. have you done any of these or do you sit there and just bitch?
