They'll nickel and dime you to death with things that aren't covered like a new plenum and ductwork because the old one doesn't fit the new unit. Dump their sorry asses before they screw you even more.

I had an AC unit replaced by Old Republic. Cost me 100 dollars. Old one went out and dude couldn't fix it so they got me a new one. Middle of July so we had to get a hotel rom one night b/c it took 4 days to get here and 3 was all we could take in that heat. So if you include hotel room I paid 200 for new AC unit. I will always renew my Home Warranty.
