I likely will. I'm 32 and semi-obsessed with saving and investing for an early, very comfortable retirement. In order to be able to do that, I'll have to build up a really nice nest egg and hopefully primarily live off of returns so that my money lasts my entire lifetime. My kids will likely inherit a fairly large portion of my retirement nest egg.
I'll get about 35 acres of land from my folks, but I'm not planning on much cash.

I have the potential to leave more as I only plan on having 1 kid, where as I got 2 siblings. However, I also subscribe to the same doctrine as my parents, you worked your arse off for the money, use it to live well. If I die before I have a chance to use it all, then I guess the kid will get some.
