Is pelican point not south of I 10?

Do you have kids, are schools important to you

What price range are you looking into

Plenty of options in dutchtown, Prairieville, geismer, Gonzales,

I would stay out of EBR

I don't have custody, so the kids will still be attending Central. I'm looking for something between, say, $180k-$220k...I kinda' plan on being single for a long time if I can help it.

Are there any decent neighborhoods/areas along 75?

Lots of housing options in that range. Honestly, if you plan on staying single, and aren't worried about school, look in South BR (City of St George). Not that anything is wrong with Pville, but you don't have to pay higher taxes and might be closer to things you will want to do.
