Gonzales or Prairieville. Would not stay south if 10 personally. But I also moved away from Louisiana in 2006. So it may havr changed some. Used to be nice houses in Pellican Point. Not sure if Doug has sold it or not though. Like I said, it has been a while.

Is pelican point not south of I 10?

Do you have kids, are schools important to you

What price range are you looking into

Plenty of options in dutchtown, Prairieville, geismer, Gonzales,

I would stay out of EBR

Pelican Point was the only bright spot I could think of south of I-10.

I don't have custody, so the kids will still be attending Central. I'm looking for something between, say, $180k-$220k...I kinda' plan on being single for a long time if I can help it.

Are there any decent neighborhoods/areas along 75?
