Wait. I don't get something here. Even if your disgusted by his philandering, doesn't the fact that this was leaked by someone in his own office, 4 months after it was allegedly taped off his own security system with a cell phone, doesn't that kind of bother anybody?

Bugging a federal office is a huge crime. And stabbing a fellow Republican in the back makes for a pretty interesting story. Whomever leaked this might have thought it would be scandalous and just send McAllister running. But the liberal press smells more than just a little blood in the water. There's something going on here. And if the media can take down a ton of Republicans instead of just one, don't think for a second they won't do it.

Exactly. There are two separate issues here.

The fact that McAlister was cheating on his wife and deceieved the voters is his cross to bear. However, there absolutely should be an investigation as to how this video was obtained. Obviously this was no accident, and there very well could have been some federal laws broken in getting this video

Agreed, GK. Even so, it makes McCallister even the more reckless and short-sighted in harming his own Party/Values. He needs to GTFO, and set a precedent for Conservative intolerance of this kind of behavior. If one can't stand the heat...stay out of the kitchen. Vance is a total idiot; didn't he realize that this gal would have him by the balls for the rest of his life. Geez!

ETA, yeah...whomever leaked this stuff ought to be outed; and Civil/Criminal liability assumed. But like I said, it it's a Dem...nothing. No accountability, from the top down from Eric (With)Holder to those Black Panther punks with billy clubs at the polls.
