Wait. I don't get something here. Even if your disgusted by his philandering, doesn't the fact that this was leaked by someone in his own office, 4 months after it was allegedly taped off his own security system with a cell phone, doesn't that kind of bother anybody?
Bugging a federal office is a huge crime. And stabbing a fellow Republican in the back makes for a pretty interesting story. Whomever leaked this might have thought it would be scandalous and just send McAllister running. But the liberal press smells more than just a little blood in the water. There's something going on here. And if the media can take down a ton of Republicans instead of just one, don't think for a second they won't do it.

Why resign? That's fricking dumb. Is he doing a good job and voting on issues the way he promised?
If yes, then everyone needs to leave him the frick alone. Who cares about guys running arse?
And of course the FBI should be brought in to find out which person or persons BROKE FEDERAL LAWS!
This guy has to answer to God one day about committing adultery, not to us. He sinned, which isn't a crime. I'll let all you hypocrites in on a little secret, you can be a good Christian person, even then best sin every day of their lives.
