re: Strengths Finder (Gallup Organization). What are your top 5 strengths?

Mizzouskills, I had to complete the strength finders test during the interview process. After the managers of the department along with other supervisors received my results, they aligned those with that of other individuals in the department. I guess it was their way of trying to find employees that complemented each other well. The job was horrible but my co-worker an I worked well together, so I guess they did succeed in finding employees that complemented each other well.
