Barr isn't falling to 27, and for some stroke of luck he does, he isn't falling to 28.


And if there is one thing I've learned over the past decade of watching the draft is Kiper doesn't know more than the average football fan.

First, you are wrong on Kiper. He has some of the best analysis when it comes to players (he and Bushbaum were always the best). Second, the OP message title is completely inaccurate. Nowhere does he say that he thinks Barr could fall to us. The article is about how far a player could fall (i.e. his "worst case" scenario of how far particular players could fall).
