yeah, the Giants looked like they were in free fall mode in November of 2011. That included an arse beating on Monday Night Football to the Saints 49-24.
but they ended up only losing one game in their last four regular season games to win their division.
And then everything just fell into place for them after that in the playoffs.

Winner in CFB...
1982 Penn State lost 42-21 @ #4 Alabama in the regular season and then beat #1 Georgia in the Sugar Bowl to win the AP and Coaches National Title.
